I’m so happy to finally share my digital sticker sheets with you! What started as a random idea during one of my late night planning sessions turned into one of my favorite little projects ever.

I wanted my planner to feel soft, calm, and personal, something that actually made me want to open it every day. Before long, I had a full set of cute stickers and widgets that made my pages feel more like me.

I bundled everything up into a free set so you can use them too. They’re full of soft colors, simple shapes, and tiny reminders to slow down and stay organized in a way that feels good.

Before You Download

These freebies are made with so much love, and they’re all for personal use only. You can share this post with friends so they can get their own copy, but please don’t upload or sell the files anywhere. I put my heart into creating them, and it means so much when you share the link instead. I really hope these help you to make your planner super cute!

How to Use Them

Once you’ve downloaded your sticker sheets, you can use them in any digital planner app you love, like GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf. If you’re new to digital planning, here’s the simple way I do it:

I open the file, use the lasso or cropping tool to “cut out” a sticker, then copy and paste it into my planner page. It’s super easy once you get the hang of it!

You can resize, rotate, or duplicate them as much as you like, they’re all high quality, so they’ll stay clear and cute no matter how you arrange them.

I like to keep my favorites saved in a separate folder or sticker book inside GoodNotes, so I can grab them anytime I’m planning on the go.

If you prefer using them on paper, you can print the sheets on sticker paper and cut them out by hand. They look adorable in bullet journals, notebooks, or even on your wall calendar.

What’s Inside

I designed each sheet to make planning less like a chore and more like a mindful little ritual. Some stickers help you organize your week, some are for inspiration, and some are just there to make you smile.

Days of the Week

I love starting my week with these. Every Sunday, I light a candle, open my planner, and start by placing the day stickers. It’s such a small habit, but it sets the tone for a calm, intentional week. They’re clean and minimal but still have that soft, cozy look that feels inviting.

Icons

These are the tiny details that make your pages come to life. I added small icons for workouts, self-care, paydays, birthdays, and travel. They’re perfect for adding personality to your planner while keeping it practical. I love that I can glance at my week and instantly know what’s coming up without reading every line.

Digital Stickies

I use these for quick notes, little reminders, or even affirmations. They’re the digital version of sticky notes, but much cuter. If you’re more into paper planning, you can print and cut them out too. I love layering them in my spreads or using them to highlight something important—like a tiny pop of creativity on the page.

Quote Stickers

These are extra special to me. You’ll find little phrases like Keep going, You’re doing great, and Breathe. I created them for those moments when I just need a kind word to ground me. Sometimes I’ll stick one near my to-do list or at the end of a long week—it’s like giving yourself a gentle pep talk right on the page.

Planner Widgets

These are where functionality meets self-care. My favorites are the self-care checklist, mood tracker, and finance tracker. They keep me accountable in a way that feels easy and kind, not pressured. I love that they turn planning into something meaningful, like a quiet moment to reflect, recharge, and plan your next steps with intention.

How I Use Them

I use my digital stickers every single week, and honestly, they’ve made planning feel like my favorite part of the day. I usually start by opening my planner on Sunday evening with a cup of tea, adding my day stickers first, then layering on icons and little quotes. It’s such a calming routine that helps me ease into the week ahead.

When things get busy, I rely on the widgets and stickies to keep me grounded. I’ll add a self care checklist or a few kind words to remind myself to slow down. Some weeks, I keep it minimal and soft; other weeks, I go all out with color and decoration.

That’s what I love most about them , they let me be creative and organized at the same time. My planner ends up feeling less like a to-do list and more like a reflection of my mood, my energy, and my goals.
