After you’ve run for a long time and finally caught up to them, they will jump down a hole, just like the rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, and you should jump in after them.
You should feel a slight sense of falling as you jump in.
Now you want to feel all of your current reality memories fade away, leaving only the ones from your desired reality to fill your mind.
It’s very important to not rush this process, take as much time as you need.
The person you’ve been chasing will be waiting for you once you’ve finished falling. They will ask if you’re ready to go, and if you are you will answer yes.
Step 5: After reaching the Bottom, Imagine a Door that’s Leading to Your DR. Open it Once You’re Ready to Shift.
After saying yes, you will take their hand and they will lead you through a door.
A dark hallway with a door at the end will be on the other side of this door.
You’ll walk down this corridor with them while they ask you questions like “what’s your name?” “who are your friends?” “where do you live?” and “what do you look like?”
They will open the door once you reach it, and everyone from your DR will be on the other side.
After greeting and briefly chatting with everyone from your desired reality, you’ll walk to your DR bedroom and fall asleep in the same position as you begin this method.
If everything is done correctly, you should wake up in your desired reality!
