Visualize how the floor feels beneath your feet. Is it a hard wood? Is it soft carpeting? Is it grass? As you leave your bed, imagine you can feel it under your feet.

Step 3: Imagine a Person/Character from your DR.

Imagine the character’s hair under your fingers, their smell, how their clothes feel, and so on. Remember how much you adore this character.

It is critical that it provides you with positive vibrations.
