If you’re having trouble with shifting to your desired reality, this shifting routine will do the trick!

Although a shifting routine isn’t required, I believe it is beneficial to your shifting journey.

This shifting routine allows me to refresh my mind and spirit after a long stressful day, raise my vibration, and prepare myself for shifting.

The best shifting routine prepares and calms your mind and body for the shift.

From drinking plenty of water to listening to subliminals, here are 5 tips to make your shifting routine a success!

1: Complete any school/work-related tasks.

If you are a student in school or college, or if you are working on a business, you should try to finish any school or work-related tasks before attempting to shift.

This will keep your mind from being preoccupied with the project you didn’t complete when the deadline is coming up tomorrow.

As we will see later, a huge part of shifting is being calm and relaxed. So, complete any tasks you have to.

This is optional but you can listen to some subliminals whilst studying/working or doing the chores.

Subliminals are tracks with hidden affirmations that are targeting your subconscious mind. Plus, they are relaxing and therapeutic, making it easier to finish your work.

2: Use self-care to your advantage.

There is no better time than after all of the day’s tasks have been completed to unwind from the stresses of the day and dedicate some time to self-care and relaxation.

Self-care is a routine that you develop to promote your happiness and well-being. This can range from a grooming routine, such as a shower and skincare regimen, to reading a book to unwind.

What you consider self-care will be personal to you, but you can look for things that make your body and mind feel good. Here are some suggestions for developing your own self-care routine:

  • To unwind, take a hot shower or bath.
  • To take care of your skin, apply a face mask.
  • To prepare your mind for visualization, read a book you enjoy.

When you prioritize yourself, you radiate feelings of self-worth and self-appreciation.

These emotions are essential to the shifting process!

Why?

Because no matter how positive you are about your desired reality, if you don’t feel worthy and capable of shifting, you will always be preventing yourself from receiving what you so richly deserve.

3: Drink lots of water throughout the day and before shifting.

It is said that drinking water “raises one’s vibrations” (get into a positive mood and be less negative). Raising vibrations makes it easier for people to shift.

Also, shifting can be mentally exhausting, so it’s important to stay hydrated when attempting to shift so that your body isn’t exhausted if/when you shift.

Nonetheless, drinking water is naturally beneficial to your health, so it’s a good idea to get into the habit of drinking plenty of it on a daily basis.

How much water should you drink before shifting?

A pretty good rule of thumb is to aim to drink at least 250-500ml of water before attempting to shift. Also, make sure to drink at least 8 cups of water throughout your day to stay hydrated.

Water is extremely important! I promise you that staying hydrated will help with your shifting journey.

4: Recite shifting affirmations.

After I drink my water, I sit down and sip it while reading my shifting affirmations.

Shifting affirmations play a significant role in shifting to your desired reality.

What are affirmations for shifting and how do you use them?

Affirmations are statements that you repeat to yourself to declare your goals in completed states in order to persuade your subconscious that they are true.

Basically, whatever you want or want to become, you proudly say it out loud as if you’ve already accomplished it.

With the help of shifting affirmations, you can eliminate any limiting beliefs you have about shifting and begin shifting to your desired reality right away!

5: Meditate to calm yourself and prepare for shifting.

Meditation is an excellent way to clear your mind of racing thoughts and prepare yourself for shifting.

Meditation can help with relaxing yourself and can be combined with shifting affirmations. Take some time to sit with your thoughts and breathe deeply, in through your nose and out through your mouth.

There are various meditation techniques, but I began with a guided meditation. This just made it a lot easier for me to get into the process.

I only meditate for 10 minutes before shifting. This puts me in a better frame of mind to shift.

After that, start with your shifting method.
