Best Awake Shifting Methods to Shift to Your DR!

Throughout my research, I couldn’t find a comprehensive guide to the best awake shifting methods, which is why I’ve compiled this list to assist you on your shifting journey.

So, here are the most effective non-sleep shifting methods!

However, any sleep method can be performed as an awake method.

When performing a sleep method, you choose to fall asleep.

If you do it for an extended period of time, you might end up in your DR without sleeping.

Without further ado, here are the 6 best awake shifting methods to shift to your desired reality!

1. Julia Method.

The Julia Method is one of the most popular methods within the shifting community, and rightly so. It’s one of the best shifting methods for beginners.

So, with this method, you meditate for around 5-10 minutes while listening to 6Hz Theta waves. You can find it here on Youtube.

Then, start counting from 0-100 very slowly in your head. When you get to 100, affirm, “I have shifted. I am in my desired reality“.

After you’ve finished counting, start repeating identity affirmations like “My name is ___”, “my best friend is ___”, “I live in ____”, etc.

Keep going until you feel that you are detaching from your physical body.

You should be in an ideal state by the time you finish counting; if not, repeat the method because you will get there eventually.

It doesn’t matter how long it takes because it is different for everyone.

Once you feel detached, start visualizing your desired reality.

How you look, where you live, what you do in your desired reality, etc. Anything that helps you think and feel your desired reality.

When you feel like you’ve arrived, open your eyes, and BOOM!

You should be at your desired reality now!

2. No Sleep/I am Method.

With this method, you meditate for around 5-10 minutes, either guided or on your own.

Once you’re relaxed, get into a comfortable position, close your eyes, and repeat in your head “I am”.

Keep saying these 2 words until you get any signs of shifting. Then, start counting, either out loud or mentally, from 0 to 100 really slowly.

You can also say a few shifting affirmations, but it’s not necessary.

Some examples of shifting affirmations are:

  • I am shifting.
  • I love being in my desired reality.
  • Tonight, I’ll shift to my desired reality.
  • Shifting comes easily to me.

Once you feel your surroundings change, open your eyes and you should be in your desired reality.

3. 54321 Method.

With this method, you take 15 deep breaths while your eyes are closed. In through the nose and out through your mouth.

Then imagine/visualize:

  • 5 things you can see in your DR.
  • 4 things you can touch/feel in your DR.
  • 3 things you can hear in your DR.
  • 2 things you can smell in your DR.
  • 1 thing you can taste in your DR.

After you’ve finished, start reciting shifting affirmations.

When you feel detached from your physical body, open your eyes. You should be in your desired reality by now!

4. Animal Method.

With the Animal method, you meditate for 5-10 minutes to relax your body and mind.

After, you start counting from 0-100 very, very slow, laying in a starfish position on your bed.

Imagine yourself in a field after you’ve finished counting. Feel the grass on your feet, the wind on your skin, all the smells around you, and so on.

Really immerse yourself in that scenario.

After that, imagine that you see an animal (any animal of your choice) running towards something.

Begin chasing that animal and following it wherever it leads you.

After a while of chasing the animal, imagine it leading you through a portal to your desired reality.

Now, step into the portal and stand there, feeling the energy that surrounds you.

And that’s it! You’ve now shifted successfully to your desired reality!

5. Cinn Method

You lie in a comfortable position of your choice using the Cinn method.

Then you start counting in your head and visualize a different aspect of your desired reality on every tenth number (e.g., 10,20,30,40, and so on).

For example, imagine how you look on 10, how your friends look on 20, and so on.

And once you’ve reached 50, continue counting all the way up to 100 without pausing.

Now, open your eyes. You’re in your desired reality.

6. Piano Method.

Last but not least, my favorite awake shifting method. With the Piano method, you imagine yourself walking down a grand Hall.

This Hall is full of people talking to each other and, there is a piano at the far end of the Hall; imagine it however you want.

Sit down and start playing a song; it doesn’t matter which one, but one that connects you to your desired reality is ideal.

Imagine that you are slowly playing the song, that everyone has stopped talking, and that all eyes are on you.

When you’ve finished playing, stand up and take a bow.

Thank you, I must go home now,” you say to everyone as you walk back down the Hall.

Imagine there is someone from your desired reality at the end of the hall.

They take your hand in theirs and ask if you’re ready to return home.

Say yes, and then follow them down a corridor to a massive door with a golden handle. Now, they open the door and walk into the light.

Follow them when you’re ready. Visualize stars as you walk in.

Wait until the light goes away, and then open your eyes.

You should be in your desired reality by now.
